Philosophy

Truth, integrity, honor, empathy… These are not just words, they are a way of living. They embody and personify the spirit and the philosophy in which my business was constructed. A buyer or a seller should expect nothing less and should in fact require these core values when choosing an agent. These qualities, coupled with intelligent, creative business strategies are what truly define a remarkable and a rewarding real estate experience.

Foundation

In essence, family matters. In my family, everyone has a hand in raising children and as a result, I have learned to cherish each and every family member. More importantly, I have come to understand the importance of building strong trust and worthy relationships. I have learned to appreciate diverse opinions, attitudes and personalities and am able to learn something productive from nearly everyone who intersects my path.

Community

To truly make a difference, you must be willing to give back… With that in mind, I have dedicated much of my adult life to volunteer work. My experiences have clearly helped to shape the person that I am today.

• I volunteered at the San Mateo Police Department for seven years and was privileged to work with local schools, supervise community functions and assist police officers with various duties.
• I volunteered and lived in Mexico and had the opportunity to create, organize and expedite a learning project for under privileged children in Tlaquepaque, a small village near Guadalajara. We taught English, Science, Math and their favorite subject, “futbol.” The project was a wonderful success and the experience was humbling.
• I have assisted with after school programs, group activities and have helped counsel young people in the Tenderloin and Mission District(s) of San Francisco. During this time, we organized a large and very successful “Safe Halloween” festival – serving over six hundred families.
• More recently I co-developed and implemented a program called Xtreme Care. Xtreme Care clothes and feeds the inner-city homeless and services hundreds of in-need people in San Francisco.
